Surface finish
Powder coating sprays dry powder that bakes into a tough, colorful, chip-resistant skin.
What it is
Powder coating uses electrostatically charged dry powder. The powder sticks to the grounded part, then a bake melts it into a smooth, solid film. It is thicker and tougher than liquid paint and contains no solvents.
How it works
Pre-treat & clean
We degrease and sometimes phosphate the part.
Electrostatic spray
Charged powder clings evenly to the part.
Cure in oven
Heat melts and bonds the powder into a film.
Inspect
We check thickness, color, and adhesion.
Why choose it
Handles impact and abrasion well.
Matches RAL, Pantone, or samples.
Seals metal from moisture and salt.
Electrostatic spray coats uniformly.
Environmentally cleaner than wet paint.
