Engineers review your design and send a quote with DFM notes in 6–12 hours.
Approve the quote, sign PI, pay deposit. We schedule production the same day.
Parts are machined, finished, and inspected. You get photos and reports on request.
Parts ship via DHL/FedEx/UPS or air/sea freight. We follow up after delivery.

Quality Control
Quality is not a final inspection sticker. It is built into every step — from the raw material we buy to the box we ship in.
Every batch of metal and plastic is checked against Mill Test Reports. We verify alloy grade, hardness, and certificate before a bar hits the machine.
The first part off each setup is fully measured against the drawing. Production does not start until FAI is signed off by our QC lead.
Operators check key dimensions at set intervals during the run. Tool wear is monitored and replaced before it affects part quality.
Critical parts are measured on our Zeiss CMM. Random AQL sampling is used for production runs. Full inspection reports are available on request.
Parts are cleaned, deburred, and packed with anti-corrosion protection and proper cushioning to survive international shipping.
