We print tough, functional nylon parts with no supports to cut off. As a China SLS 3D printing manufacturer and supplier, our factory fuses powder layer by layer, so overhangs, hollow shapes, and moving parts come out clean in one build. Upload your CAD file and get a factory-direct quote with free DFM feedback within 24 hours.
The Problem We Solve
These are the problems buyers tell us about every week. Here is how we take each one off your desk.
Resin prints need supports that leave marks and take hours to cut off. SLS uses loose powder as support, so parts come out clean with no marks.
Brittle resin breaks under load. SLS nylon is tough and takes impact, so it works for clips, brackets, and live hinges.
Large flat shapes can curl as they cool. We add ribs, keep walls even, and place parts well in the build to keep them straight.
Hollow parts can trap powder. We add escape holes and clean every cavity so your part is ready to use.
Waiting days for a price kills your timeline. Send your files and get a clear, itemized quote within 24 hours.
Your design is your business. We treat every file as confidential, sign NDAs on request, and never share your data.
Our Solution
From your CAD file to a finished, dyed nylon part — all under one roof.
With YiguProto as your China manufacturer and supplier, you get one team that owns the whole job. No hand-offs, no blame games, no hidden costs.
Overview
A way to build tough nylon parts from powder — no supports, no tooling.
A roller spreads a thin layer of nylon powder across a heated bed. A laser fuses the powder where the part should be solid. The bed drops a tiny step, a fresh layer of powder is spread, and the laser fuses the next slice. This repeats until the part is done.
The loose powder around the part holds it up, so no supports are needed. When the build ends, we lift the whole powder block out, brush and blast the parts clean, then dye or smooth them to your spec.

What We Deliver
Everything you need from one China factory — no extra vendors to manage.
We check your model for holes, thin walls, and thick sections before printing.
We pack many parts into one build to share the cost and speed up delivery.
Parts are fused layer by layer in a heated powder bed, with no supports to add.
We lift the powder block, break out the parts, brush, and bead blast them clean.
Unused powder is sieved and reused, which keeps your cost down and waste low.
Black dye for a uniform look, or vapor smoothing for a sealed, smooth surface.
Heat-stake threaded inserts and tapped holes for strong, reusable threads.
Bonding, screwing, and light builds so parts arrive ready to use.

Materials
Pick the powder that fits your load, heat, and flex needs. We help you choose for free.
The all-purpose pick. Strong, tough, and heat-resistant, with good impact strength for real working parts.
Stiffer and more heat-resistant than plain nylon, with great long-term wear resistance. Good for rigid parts.
The stiffest option, plus electrical conductivity. Ideal for rigid, light, dimensionally stable parts.
Rubber-like and stretchy, with strong tear and abrasion resistance. Great for seals, grips, and hoses.
Need PA11 for extra ductility or a special powder? Ask our engineers — we source it.
Post-Processing
Printed nylon comes out matte and grainy. These steps turn it into the part you can ship.
Cleans off loose powder and gives an even, matte texture across the whole part.
Seals the surface to a smooth finish that is water and air tight and easy to clean. Needs 1.5 mm walls.
A deep, even black that soaks into the part and will not rub off or flake.
Color matching and spray paint in your brand color for a product-ready look.
Heat-stake threaded inserts and tapped holes for strong, reusable threads.
Bonding, screwing, and light builds so parts arrive ready to use.
Quality Control
Good parts are made, not sorted. Here is how we keep quality steady.
We use clean, sieved powder and track each batch for repeatable results.
Bed temperature, laser power, and layer thickness are watched on every build.
The first part is measured and compared to your drawing and key features.
Critical dimensions are measured and recorded for your records.
Each part is checked for warping, layer marks, and surface flaws.
Photos and reports go to you before the box leaves the factory.
Industries
Our China factory prints nylon parts for teams in many fields.
Clips, ducts, brackets, and under-hood test parts.
Orthosis models, ergonomic supports, and custom tools.
Lightweight ducts, housings, and complex prototypes.
Frames, motor mounts, and protective covers.
Grippers, end effectors, and functional assemblies.
Wearables, housings, and display models.

Worldwide shipping with tracking and reports.
Design Tips
Small changes in your CAD cut cost and improve quality. We check all of these for free.
Hollow parts need at least two holes, 3–5 mm wide, so trapped powder can come out.
Aim for 1.5–3.8 mm walls. Even walls cool at the same rate and stay straight.
Sections over 4 mm can sink or warp. We hollow them to 2–4 mm walls to keep the shape true.
Large flat faces curl as they cool. Ribs add stiffness and spread the heat for a flat part.
For print-in-place moving parts, leave at least 0.5 mm so the laser heat does not fuse them.
Sharp inner corners trap stress. A small fillet makes the part stronger and easier to build.
Send your file and we will return a free DFM report with clear, plain-English advice.
Which Process Fits?
Both print plastic parts. The right pick depends on how the part will be used.
Not sure which way to go? Ask an engineer — we offer both and will tell you honestly.
Why YiguProto
A partner who answers fast, quotes clearly, and ships on time.
You buy from the maker, not a trader. That keeps your cost low and your margins healthy.
Most quotes come back in hours, never more than 24 hours, with free DFM feedback.
No tooling and no strict MOQ. Parts share the build chamber, so small runs stay affordable.
You get clear advice, not jargon. We explain trade-offs so you can decide with confidence.
Reports and photos before shipping mean no surprises when the box arrives.
CNC, 3D printing, molding, and casting under one roof. Scale up without changing suppliers.
Trusted Worldwide
"We needed a snap-fit housing that would survive real drops. YiguProto printed it in PA12, and the clips flexed without cracking. The DFM notes even caught a wall that was too thick."
"No supports meant no cleanup, and the parts came out clean inside and out. We moved our whole bracket program to them because the price per part kept dropping as we scaled up."
"Tough, straight parts with an even black dye finish, batch after batch. We have used them for orthotic tools for over three years and they deliver on spec and on time."
