These terms explain the basic rules for using the YiguProto website and asking about our custom manufacturing services. Please read them before sending project information or placing an order.

You may use this website to learn about our services, review material and process information, and contact us about a project. Please use the site lawfully and do not try to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to it.
The website is provided for general information. A page description alone is not a promise that a particular process, material, finish, or specification will suit every project.
A quote is based on the information available when it is prepared. Price, lead time, and feasibility may depend on factors such as part geometry, material, quantity, tolerances, surface finish, inspection needs, and delivery location.
To help us review your request, provide clear drawings or 3D files where available. Include important dimensions, material requirements, finish, quantity, and any special quality needs. If requirements change, the quote, schedule, or production plan may need to be reviewed.
Sending an inquiry or receiving a quote does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted. Before production begins, make sure the agreed scope, part revision, quantity, price, payment terms, and delivery details are clear in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.
Changes requested after confirmation may affect cost, timing, tooling, or work already completed. We will discuss the impact with you where possible before proceeding with the changed requirements.
You are responsible for checking that the drawings, models, and specifications you provide are correct and that you have the right to share them. Please identify the current file revision and clearly note any critical dimensions or acceptance requirements.
Where a sample, prototype, or pre-production approval is part of the agreed project, confirm what will be checked and how approval will be given. Do not assume an unlisted test, certificate, tolerance, or inspection is included unless it has been agreed.
Different manufacturing methods and materials have different limits. Features such as thin walls, deep holes, tight tolerances, appearance, and surface finish can affect feasibility and cost. We may need to discuss a design adjustment or another process if a requirement cannot be met as submitted.
Any stated lead time is an estimate unless the relevant order terms say otherwise. Timing can be affected by design changes, material availability, approvals, shipping, and other factors outside the production process.
You retain responsibility for the designs and materials you submit, including confirming that their use does not violate another party's rights. We use submitted information to review inquiries and support the related project, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If your project requires specific confidentiality, intellectual property, or file-handling terms, please raise them before sharing sensitive files or confirming an order so the requirements can be reviewed and agreed.
Website text, images, diagrams, and other content are provided for general information and may change over time. You may not copy or reuse site content in a way that violates applicable rights or laws.
We may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. We do not control their content or policies. Review their terms before using them.
If you notice an error on the website or have a concern about a quote or confirmed project, contact us with the relevant page, quote, order reference, or part revision. Clear details help us understand the issue and respond more efficiently.
We may update these terms when the website or our services change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Any separate written terms agreed for a specific order should also be reviewed for that project.
