Why engineers choose us

Tired of these common 3D printing headaches?

Most buyers who come to us have already been burned by a supplier. Here is what they tell us — and how our China 3D printing service fixes it.

What goes wrong with other suppliers

  • Slow quotes. You wait days, sometimes a full week, just to get a price.
  • Hidden costs. The price looks good, then setup fees, support-removal fees, and shipping get added at checkout.
  • Bad quality. Parts show up with layer lines, warping, or dimension issues — and the supplier blames your file.
  • Communication gaps. You email back and forth with a sales rep who cannot answer technical questions.
  • Language and timezone problems. Messages get lost, deadlines slip, and nobody takes responsibility.
  • No DFM feedback. You place the order, pay, and only find out later the design cannot print as drawn.

How YiguProto solves it

As a direct China factory (not a middleman or broker), we control the whole process — from quoting to printing, post-processing, inspection, and shipping. That means:

  • Quote in 24 hours or less — most quotes land in your inbox within a few hours on business days.
  • Clear, all-in pricing — no surprise fees. The price we quote is the price you pay.
  • Free DFM review on every order — our engineers check your file and flag issues before we print.
  • Tight tolerances, real inspection reports — every batch is checked; CMM reports available on request.
  • English-speaking engineers, not just sales — talk to someone who understands your part.
  • Factory-direct pricing — cut out the broker markup and save 30–50% vs. Western 3D printing services.

Our technologies

Six proven 3D printing processes — one supplier

Different parts need different processes. Our China factory runs all six major 3D printing technologies side by side, so we can pick the right one for your job — instead of forcing every part into one machine.

FDM

Fused Deposition Modeling

Low-cost, tough plastic parts extruded layer by layer. Best for quick form-and-fit prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and large enclosures.

Tolerance: ±0.5 mm (±0.5%)
Max part: up to 600 × 600 × 600 mm
Lead time: 1–3 business days
Materials: ABS, PLA, PETG, PC, ASA, TPU
SLA

Stereolithography

UV-cured resin printed with a laser. Delivers smooth surfaces, fine detail, and tight tolerances — perfect for visual models, master patterns, and small detailed parts.

Tolerance: ±0.1 mm (±0.1%)
Layer height: 0.025–0.1 mm
Lead time: 1–3 business days
Materials: Standard resin, tough, flexible, high-temp, clear
DLP

Digital Light Processing

Similar to SLA but cures an entire layer at once with a projector. Faster for small, high-detail parts like jewelry masters, dental models, and micro-components.

Tolerance: ±0.05 mm per 100 mm
Layer height: 0.02–0.1 mm
Lead time: 1–2 business days
Materials: High-detail resin, castable wax, dental resin
SLS

Selective Laser Sintering

A laser sinters nylon powder into strong, functional parts without support structures. Great for hinges, snap fits, ductwork, and low-volume production.

Tolerance: ±0.3 mm (±0.3%)
Max part: up to 600 × 600 × 600 mm
Lead time: 2–5 business days
Materials: PA12 (nylon), PA11, PA12-GF, TPU
MJF

Multi Jet Fusion

HP's industrial nylon process — faster and more consistent than SLS for production runs. Produces near-isotropic parts with excellent surface finish and repeatability.

Tolerance: ±0.3 mm (±0.3%)
Min wall: 0.5 mm
Lead time: 2–5 business days
Materials: PA12, PA11, PA12-GB, TPU
SLM

Selective Laser Melting (Metal)

Laser-melted metal powder for fully dense metal parts. Used for aerospace, medical, and tooling applications where strength, weight, and complex geometry matter.

Tolerance: ±0.1 mm per 100 mm
Density: up to 99.9%
Lead time: 5–10 business days
Materials: Stainless steel 316L/17-4PH, AlSi10Mg, Ti6Al4V, Inconel

Why choose us

Six reasons product teams pick our China 3D printing factory

We are not a broker or a trading company. We are the people running the machines.

01

Factory-direct pricing

No middlemen, no markup. You deal directly with the manufacturer. Most customers save 30–50% compared to US and EU 3D printing services.

02

Real engineers on every quote

Your file is reviewed by a manufacturing engineer, not a salesperson. You get free DFM feedback before any money changes hands.

03

Fast quotes, fast parts

Quote in under 24 hours. Parts in 1–5 days. Rush service available when you need parts tomorrow.

04

One partner, prototype to production

We do more than 3D printing. When your project is ready, move straight to CNC machining, injection molding, urethane casting, or sheet metal — all under one roof.

05

Strict quality control

Every part goes through incoming-material check, in-process inspection, and outgoing QC. CMM reports, material certificates, and first-article inspection on request.

06

Your IP is safe with us

NDAs are standard. We never share customer files, photos, or designs. Your design stays yours.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions our customers ask before they order.

We run six major processes: FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), SLA (Stereolithography), SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), SLM (Selective Laser Melting) for metal parts, MJF (Multi Jet Fusion), and DLP (Digital Light Processing). Each has its own strengths — our engineers will recommend the best fit for your part.
Send us your 3D file (STL, STEP, STP, IGES, OBJ, 3MF) along with the material, quantity, and finish you want. Most quotes go out within a few hours on business days, and every quote comes back within 24 hours.
For plastic parts (FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, DLP), standard lead time is 1–5 business days depending on part size, quantity, and post-processing. Metal parts (SLM) typically take 5–10 business days. Rush 24–48 hour service is available for urgent orders.
No. We support one-off prototypes, small batches, and production runs. Order a single piece or thousands of parts — you get the same level of quality and engineering support.
We accept STL, STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), OBJ, 3MF, and native SolidWorks files. STEP is preferred because we can check for geometry issues more easily. If you have a different format, just send it over and we will check.
Absolutely. All customer files and project information are treated as confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share your design. We never post customer parts or data on our website without written permission.
We do both. In addition to rapid prototyping, our China factory supports bridge production and low-to-medium volume runs — especially with SLS and MJF nylon, which do not require tooling. For higher volumes we can also transition your part to injection molding or CNC machining.
Standard tolerances are: ±0.1 mm for SLA/DLP resin parts, ±0.3 mm or ±0.3% (whichever is larger) for SLS/MJF nylon, ±0.1 mm per 100 mm for SLM metal, and ±0.5 mm for FDM. Tighter tolerances can be held on request — just let us know your requirements.
Yes. We offer support removal, sanding, polishing, bead blasting, vapor smoothing (nylon), dyeing, painting, plating, screen printing, threaded inserts, and full assembly. Tell us what you need and we will quote it.
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS for fast delivery (3–5 business days to most countries). For larger orders we offer air freight and sea freight at lower cost. We send a tracking number and inspection photos for every shipment.
Yes — that is part of the service. If you are not sure which process or material to use, just tell us what the part is for (strength? heat? looks? flexibility?) and our engineers will recommend the best option.
