Overview
Carbon steel is a strong, low-cost metal. We cut, bend, and weld it into tough structural parts.
Carbon steel sheet is the workhorse of metal fabrication. It is strong and cheap, and easy to cut, bend, and weld into frames, brackets, and enclosures.
We cut, bend, and join flat metal sheets into strong, light parts.
Brackets, enclosures, and panels made to your spec, in low or high volume.

How It Works
From your file to a finished part in five clear steps. Start with a free quote.
Upload your drawings or STEP file. Get a quote with free DFM feedback, usually within 24 hours.
Our engineers check bend radius, flanges, and holes. We suggest changes that cut cost.
We laser cut or punch the flat sheet to the exact shape you need.
We bend and form the parts on press brakes into the final shape.
We weld, finish, and inspect each part, then pack and ship worldwide.
Applications
Structural and support parts.
Tough housings and cabinets.
Body and chassis components.
Guards, panels, and bases.
Design Tips
New to this process? These simple rules help your part turn out well and cost less.
Keep the inner bend radius at least equal to the material thickness to avoid cracks.
Add enough straight length beside bends so the press brake can grip the part.
Holes should be at least equal to the thickness from an edge and sized for clean punching.
Finishes
A hard, colored coating that protects aluminum and looks clean.
A durable painted layer in many colors for indoor or outdoor use.
A uniform matte texture that hides scratches.
A custom liquid paint finish for branding or matching.
Why YiguProto
