Industry Solutions
Medical parts must be right the first time. We machine, print, mold and fabricate components with tight tolerances, biocompatible materials and surfaces that survive sterilization — from surgical instruments to diagnostic equipment housings.
Factory-direct CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding and sheet metal fabrication. From one prototype or patient-specific part to production volumes. Free DFM feedback with every quote.
Industry Application
We support device makers, hospitals, dental labs and research teams across the medical sector. These are the parts our shops produce most often:
Scalpels, forceps, clamps and retractors in stainless steel and titanium.
Bone screws, plates, joint components and patient-specific implant prototypes.
Housings, mounts and sensor holders for MRI, CT and ultrasound systems.
Implant abutments, crowns, models and orthodontic tools.
Custom sockets, adapters and lightweight structural parts.
Pump housings, cartridges, valves and microfluidic channels.
Monitor, wearable and analyzer housings with cleanable surfaces.
Assembly fixtures, inspection gauges and surgical planning models.
How we help
Medical manufacturing punishes shortcuts. We work to the discipline the sector expects — documented, traced and inspected — without slowing your development down.
Material certificates, dimensional reports and lot traceability travel with every order.
Micron-level tolerances on critical features, batch after batch, repeatably.
Fast quotes and short lead times, so devices reach testing — and patients — sooner.
One accountable partner from prototype to production. NDA on request — your designs stay confidential.
Solution 01 · CNC Machining
CNC machining is the backbone of medical manufacturing. We cut implants, instruments and equipment parts from titanium, stainless steel and PEEK with micron-level accuracy. There is no tooling, so one-off prototypes and patient-specific parts are as straightforward as batches.
Bone screws, plates, joint components and patient-specific implant prototypes in titanium and PEEK.
Scalpels, forceps, clamps and reamers with smooth, repeatable finishes that stand up to sterilization.
Diagnostic equipment mounts, sensor holders and micro-machined fluid channels for lab devices.
| Best for | Implants, surgical instruments, diagnostic equipment parts and micro components |
|---|---|
| Materials | Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), stainless steel 316L, cobalt-chrome, PEEK, UHMWPE, POM |
| Processes | 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling; Swiss machining; CNC turning; wire EDM; grinding |
| Surface finish | Electropolishing, passivation, anodizing, bead blasting |
| Tolerances | Micron-level on critical features — confirmed in your free DFM review |
| Quantities | From 1 piece — prototype or patient-specific — to production runs |
| Turnaround | Quotes within 24 hours; prototypes typically ship in days |
Solution 02 · 3D Printing
3D printing changes what is possible in medicine. Print surgical planning models that match a patient's exact anatomy. Print custom prosthetic sockets. Print complex geometries — lattice structures, internal channels — that machining cannot reach.
Patient-specific models built from CT or MRI data for planning, teaching and surgeon rehearsal.
Lightweight, custom-fit sockets, braces and adapters matched to the individual.
Lattice structures, microfluidic channels and spare parts printed on demand — no tooling.
| Best for | Anatomical models, custom prosthetics, complex geometries and on-demand spares |
|---|---|
| Processes | SLA (clear and medical-grade resin), SLS, MJF, FDM, SLM metal printing |
| Materials | Medical-grade resin, nylon (PA12), TPU, stainless steel, titanium |
| Details | Patient-specific parts print from CT or MRI data converted to CAD |
| Quantities | 1 piece to small batches — no minimum order |
| Turnaround | Days — a model in hand before your next planning meeting |
Solution 03 · Injection Molding
When a device design is locked and volume grows, injection molding gives the lowest cost per piece. We mold medical-grade plastics for housings, cartridges, kits and single-use components — with consistent quality batch after batch.
ABS, PC and PP housings with smooth, cleanable surfaces free of crevices.
Cartridges, trays, tubing connectors, test parts and PPE — molded in volume.
Soft-touch over-molding, TPE grips and silicone gaskets for comfortable, sealed devices.
| Best for | Housings, single-use components, kits and small parts in volume |
|---|---|
| Processes | Rapid tooling, production molds, over-molding, insert molding, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) |
| Materials | Medical-grade ABS, PC, PP, PE, TPE and LSR (liquid silicone rubber) |
| Tooling | Aluminum bridge tooling for pilots; hardened steel molds for production |
| Quantities | From pilot runs to millions of pieces |
| Turnaround | Prototype parts in days; production timing follows the tooling build |
Solution 04 · Sheet Metal
Hospitals run on equipment that must last. We laser-cut, bend and finish stainless steel and aluminum into carts, cabinets, brackets and panels — durable, easy to clean, and built to survive daily use.
Instrument carts, IV stands and equipment trolleys with clean welds and smooth edges.
Storage cabinets and equipment enclosures in stainless steel that wipe clean.
Mounting brackets, backplates and control panels for beds, monitors and analyzers.
| Best for | Carts, cabinets, brackets, mounts and equipment panels |
|---|---|
| Processes | Laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, welding and assembly |
| Materials | Stainless steel, aluminum, steel |
| Surface finish | Passivation, electropolishing, powder coating, brushing |
| Quantities | Single units to volume — laser-cut parts need no tooling |
| Turnaround | Quotes within 24 hours; prototypes typically ship in days |
Decision Guide
Still not sure? Send us your part and our engineers will recommend the best route — often a mix of processes across one device.
| Process | Best for | Typical materials | Quantity | Tooling |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CNC machining | Implants, instruments and precision metal parts | Titanium, 316L stainless, cobalt-chrome, PEEK, UHMWPE | 1 – 10,000+ pcs | None — programmed from your CAD file |
| 3D printing | Anatomical models, custom prosthetics, complex geometries | Medical-grade resin, nylon, TPU, stainless steel, titanium | 1 – small batches | None |
| Injection molding | Housings, single-use parts and kits in volume | Medical-grade ABS, PC, PP, PE, TPE, LSR | Pilot runs to millions | Mold required — we build and maintain it |
| Sheet metal | Carts, cabinets, brackets and equipment panels | Stainless steel, aluminum, steel | 1 – volume | None for laser-cut prototypes |
How we work
You always know where your project stands. Here is the path most medical part projects follow with us:
Send 2D drawings or 3D models — including CT or MRI scan data for patient-specific parts.
Our engineers review the design for manufacturability, sterility and cost — and return a quote within 24 hours.
We make a first sample and run dimensional checks. You approve fit, form and function before production.
We confirm the process with a small batch. Adjustments to design, material or finish happen here — while change is still cheap.
We scale up with stable quality and on-time delivery. Inspection reports and material certificates travel with every batch.
Quality & Trust
Good medical parts are proven, not promised. Our quality system checks every stage and documents the result — so your parts pass your checks too.
Certificates for every lot of titanium, stainless steel and medical-grade plastic.
A full dimensional check on the first piece before the run begins.
Operators verify critical features during the run — not only at the end.
Dimensional and inspection documentation with every order. Your files stay confidential — NDA on request.
Materials & Finishes
Material choice decides whether a part is safe inside the body — or simply easy to clean. Tell us the contact type, sterilization method and load, and we will suggest a grade that fits your budget.
Titanium Ti-6Al-4V, stainless steel 316L, cobalt-chrome and aluminum — strong, corrosion-resistant and proven in the body.
