Surface finish
Nanocoatings are ultra-thin molecular layers. They repel water, oil, and fingerprints without changing how a part looks.
What it is
A nanocoating is a film only a few nanometers thick. It bonds at the molecular level to the surface. It can be hydrophobic (water-repelling), oleophobic (oil-repelling), or anti-fingerprint. Because it is so thin, the part looks unchanged but stays cleaner and resists corrosion.
How it works
Clean the surface
We remove all oil, dust, and residue.
Apply coating
Spray, dip, or vapor deposits the nano layer.
Cure
The film bonds at low or room temperature.
Verify
We test contact angle and coverage.
Why choose it
Liquids bead and roll off.
No change to color or texture.
Blocks moisture and salts.
Dirt and fingerprints wipe away.
Clean look on touch surfaces.

Materials
We apply Nanocoating to the materials below. Not sure if your material qualifies? Our engineers will confirm it for free.
Our solution
We apply nanocoatings as a final layer over your finish for water, oil, and fingerprint resistance. We test the contact angle to confirm performance.
Design tips
Best added after the main finish.
Protection is real but invisible.
Coating wears off on high-friction faces.
