Industry Solutions
A packaging line only runs as well as its tooling. We machine molds, machine parts and jigs, print prototypes and assembly aids, mold caps, closures and containers, and fabricate guards and brackets — for food, beverage, cosmetic, pharma and retail packaging. From one prototype to full production.
Factory-direct manufacturing in Dongguan, China. Tool steel, aluminum, stainless steel and food-grade plastics. Free DFM feedback with every quote.
Industry Application
We work with packaging machine builders, mold makers, converters and brand owners. These are the parts our shops produce most often for the packaging sector:
Cams, sealing jaws, filler nozzles, star wheels and guide rails machined for smooth, repeatable motion.
Cavity and core inserts, sliders, ejector pins and hot runner parts built to give clean parts shot after shot.
Line-side jigs, gauges and end-of-line tooling that keep assembly and packing fast and consistent.
Threaded caps, flip tops, pumps and sprayers molded for a smooth open every time.
Containers, trays, cups and multipack carriers molded in food-grade PP, PET and PS.
Jars, bottles, tubes and device packaging with the finish quality shelf presence demands.
Label applicator parts, print fixtures and sensor mounts positioned exactly where the line needs them.
Side rails, chutes, wear plates and brackets that move bottles, cartons and cases without jams.
How we help
A downed line costs money every minute. We manufacture tooling and parts to your design, check every critical dimension, and ship parts that fit and run the first time.
We review your drawings before cutting steel. Parts that fit the first time keep your line running.
Micron-level fits on mold components and machine parts — the difference between clean parts and jams.
Printed prototypes in days, machined parts in days, and quotes within 24 hours to keep launches on schedule.
Machining, printing, molding and sheet metal in one place. Fewer vendors, fewer delays.
Solution 01 · CNC Machining
Most packaging tooling is machined metal. We cut mold components, cams, sealing jaws, filler nozzles and guide rails from tool steel and aluminum, hardened and ground to fit — so your line runs clean parts at full speed.
Cavity and core inserts, sliders, ejector pins and lifters machined to micron-level fits.
Sealing jaws, filler nozzles, star wheels, cams and guide rails that survive millions of cycles.
Assembly jigs, check fixtures and line-side gauges that keep quality repeatable.

Solution 02 · 3D Printing
Packaging designs change fast, and printed prototypes put the pack in your hands in days. Test fit on the line, check shelf presence, iterate the mold design — no tooling, no minimum order.
Bottles, cartons, clamshells and trays printed for fit, shelf and drop tests before you commit to a mold.
Printed mold inserts and casting patterns for pilot runs — prove the design, then cut steel.
Lightweight printed jigs, guides and end-of-line tools, made fast when the line needs them.
| Best for | Prototypes, fit and shelf tests, printed tooling, jigs and complex shapes |
|---|---|
| Processes | SLA, SLS, MJF and FDM printing |
| Materials | PLA and PETG for quick checks; nylon and glass-filled nylon for functional parts; PC; tough resins for snap-fit tests; TPU for seals and pads |
| Details | Parts print straight from your CAD file — no tooling needed |
| Quantities | 1 piece to small batches — no minimum order |
| Turnaround | Prototypes often ship in 1 to 3 days |
Solution 03 · Injection Molding
When your pack design is proven, molding gives the lowest cost per piece. We mold caps, closures, containers, trays and cups in food-grade and engineering plastics — with the finish and repeatability production volumes demand.
Threaded caps, flip tops, pumps and sprayers molded for a smooth open every time.
Food-grade PP, PET and PS containers, trays and multipack carriers in volume.
Jars, bottles, tubes and device packaging with the finish quality shelf presence demands.
| Best for | Caps, closures, containers, trays, cups and small plastic parts in volume |
|---|---|
| Processes | Rapid tooling, production molds, family molds, insert molding |
| Materials | PP, PET, PS, PLA, ABS, PC, POM, PEEK — plus masterbatch color matching |
| Tooling | Aluminum bridge tooling for pilots; hardened steel molds for production |
| Quantities | From pilot runs to millions of pieces |
| Turnaround | Prototype parts in days; production timing follows the tooling build |
Solution 04 · Sheet Metal
Sheet metal builds the structure around the pack. We laser-cut, bend and weld aluminum and steel into machine guards, brackets, side rails and chutes — with no tooling for prototypes and fast turnaround from one unit to volume.
Safety guards, covers and access panels formed to your drawing for line compliance.
Sensor brackets, conveyor mounts, roller brackets and equipment stands built to fit.
Side rails, chutes, wear plates and guides that move cases and cartons without jams.
| Best for | Guards, covers, brackets, conveyor parts, chutes and formed panels |
|---|---|
| Processes | Laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, welding and assembly |
| Materials | Aluminum 5052 / 6061, stainless steel 304 / 316, steel |
| Surface finish | Powder coating, anodizing, e-coating, electroplating |
| Quantities | Single units to volume — laser-cut parts need no tooling |
| Turnaround | Quotes within 24 hours; prototypes typically ship in days |

How we work
You always know where your project stands. Here is the path most packaging projects follow with us:
Send 2D drawings or 3D models (STEP, STP, IGES, STL). Tell us the product, the quantity and the conditions on the line.
Our engineers review the design and return a quote within 24 hours, with feedback on material, tooling and cost.
We make a first sample and run dimensional checks. You approve fit and finish before the rest are made.
We confirm the process with a small batch. Mold tuning and design changes happen here — while change is still cheap.
We scale up with stable quality and on-time delivery. Inspection reports travel with every batch.
Quality & Trust
Good parts are proven, not promised. Our quality system checks every stage, so your tooling fits and your parts run clean.
Material certificates for every lot of tool steel, aluminum and food-grade resin.
Full dimensional checks on the first piece before the batch runs.
Operators verify critical features during the run — not only at the end.
Dimensional and inspection reports with every order. Lot traceability on request. Your files stay confidential.
Materials & Finishes
Material and finish decide how tooling wears and how a pack looks on shelf. Tell us the application, and we will suggest a grade that fits your design and budget.
