Industry Solutions
Every custom build deserves parts that fit the first time. We machine, print, mold and fabricate levers, pegs, engine covers, exhaust hardware and bodywork in billet aluminum, titanium and engineering plastics — for cruisers, cafe racers, dirt bikes and e-bikes alike.
Factory-direct CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding and sheet metal fabrication. From one prototype to full production runs. Free DFM feedback with every quote.
Industry Application
We work with OEMs, aftermarket brands, custom builders and power sports shops. These are the parts our shops produce most often for the motorcycle sector:
Foot pegs, brake and clutch levers, shift levers and pedals in billet aluminum.
Engine covers, clutch components, pistons, push rods and sprockets.
Exhaust pipes, flanges, mounts and hardware that handles heat and vibration.
Fairings, fenders and panels that fit without trimming or forcing.
Rotors, caliper brackets, brake lines and block-off plates built to spec.
Handlebars, bar-end mirrors, grips and control mounts machined to fit.
Fuel caps, petcocks, fuel screws and tank hardware in aluminum and steel.
Frame brackets, subframe mounts, radiator guards and luggage racks.
How we help
A custom build has no room for parts that almost fit. We manufacture to your design, check every critical dimension, and ship parts that bolt straight on.
We check your drawings and sample data before cutting metal. Parts that fit the first time save your whole build.
Micron-level tolerances and clean machined finishes — no casting porosity, no sloppy fits.
Fast quotes and short lead times, so your bike is ready for the season, the show or the track.
One partner for machining, molding, printing and finishing — with inspection reports on request.
Solution 01 · CNC Machining
CNC machining is how custom motorcycle parts are made. We cut levers, pegs, engine covers and brackets from solid billet aluminum, titanium and stainless steel. The result is stronger and more precise than casting or stamping — and every part fits exactly.
Brake levers, shift levers, foot pegs and pedals with smooth action and clean edges.
Clutch covers, engine cases, sprockets and push rods machined from solid stock.
Exhaust flanges, mounts, frame brackets and hardware built to take heat and vibration.
| Best for | Levers, pegs, engine covers, brackets, exhaust hardware and precision metal parts |
|---|---|
| Materials | Billet aluminum 6061 & 7075, titanium, stainless steel, carbon steel, POM |
| Processes | 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling; CNC turning; wire EDM; grinding; drilling and tapping |
| Surface finish | Anodizing, powder coating, polishing, heat treatment, electroplating |
| Tolerances | Micron-level on mounting and moving surfaces — confirmed in your free DFM review |
| Quantities | From 1 custom piece to batch production |
| Turnaround | Quotes within 24 hours; prototypes typically ship in days |
Solution 02 · 3D Printing
3D printing puts prototypes in your hands in days, not weeks. Test-fit a lever set to your grip. Check the look of a custom body panel. Print one-off parts and accessories for a single build — no tooling, no minimum order.
Levers, mounts, brackets and dash parts printed to your geometry for real test fitting.
Fairings, screens, ducts and one-off accessories with shapes machining cannot reach.
Lightweight polymer parts for e-bike and EV conversions, where every gram counts.
| Best for | Prototypes, custom accessories, complex shapes and one-off builds |
|---|---|
| Processes | FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF and SLM metal printing |
| Materials | PLA and PETG for quick fit checks; nylon and carbon-fiber nylon for functional parts; TPU; aluminum |
| Details | Complex geometries need no tooling — parts print straight from your CAD file |
| Quantities | 1 piece to small batches — no minimum order |
| Turnaround | Days — often the fastest way to test a design idea |
Solution 03 · Injection Molding
When your custom design becomes a product line, injection molding gives the lowest cost per piece. We mold grips, covers, ducting, fairing clips and small hardware in engineering plastics — with the finish and toughness production needs.
Soft-touch TPE over-molding, hard cases and protective covers that survive crashes.
Air ducts, fairing clips, fasteners and dash components molded in volume.
Housings, lens parts and connectors for lights and electrical accessories.
| Best for | Grips, covers, ducts, clips and small plastic parts in volume |
|---|---|
| Processes | Rapid tooling, production molds, over-molding, insert molding |
| Materials | ABS, PC, PA, PP, POM, PBT, TPU, TPE |
| Tooling | Aluminum bridge tooling for pilots; hardened steel molds for production |
| Quantities | From pilot runs to millions of pieces |
| Turnaround | Prototype parts in days; production timing follows the tooling build |
Solution 04 · Sheet Metal
Sheet metal builds the structure around the bike. We laser-cut, bend and weld aluminum and steel into brackets, exhaust tips, racks and custom panels — with no tooling for prototypes and fast turnaround from one unit to volume.
Custom frame brackets, subframe mounts and shock hardware formed to your drawing.
Exhaust tips, heat shields and guards formed from stainless steel and aluminum.
Luggage racks, battery trays and rear frames for custom and electric builds.
| Best for | Brackets, mounts, exhaust tips, racks and formed panels |
|---|---|
| Processes | Laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, welding and assembly |
| Materials | Aluminum, stainless steel, steel |
| Surface finish | Powder coating, anodizing, polishing, electroplating |
| Quantities | Single units to volume — laser-cut parts need no tooling |
| Turnaround | Quotes within 24 hours; prototypes typically ship in days |
Decision Guide
Still not sure? Send us your part and our engineers will recommend the best route — often a mix of processes across one build.
| Process | Best for | Typical materials | Quantity | Tooling |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CNC machining | Levers, pegs, engine covers, brackets and precision metal parts | Billet aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, POM | 1 – 10,000+ pcs | None — programmed from your CAD file |
| 3D printing | Prototypes, custom accessories, complex shapes, one-off builds | PLA/PETG, nylon, carbon-fiber nylon, TPU, aluminum | 1 – small batches | None |
| Injection molding | Grips, covers, ducts and small plastic parts in volume | ABS, PC, PA, PP, POM, TPU, TPE | Pilot runs to millions | Mold required — we build and maintain it |
| Sheet metal | Brackets, exhaust tips, racks and formed panels | Aluminum, stainless steel, steel | 1 – volume | None for laser-cut prototypes |
How we work
You always know where your project stands. Here is the path most motorcycle part projects follow with us:
Send 2D drawings or 3D models (STEP, STP, IGES, STL). Tell us the bike, the quantity and how the part will be used.
Our engineers review the design and return a quote within 24 hours, with feedback that improves fit and saves cost.
We make a first sample and run dimensional checks. You approve fit and finish before the rest are made.
We confirm the process with a small batch. Adjustments to design, material or finish happen here — while change is still cheap.
We scale up with stable quality and on-time delivery. Inspection reports travel with every batch.
Quality & Trust
Good parts are proven, not promised. Our quality system checks every stage, so your parts bolt straight on and stay on.
Material certificates for every lot of billet aluminum, titanium and steel.
A full dimensional check on the first piece before the batch runs.
Operators verify critical features during the run — not only at the end.
Dimensional and inspection documentation with every order. Your files stay confidential.
Materials & Finishes
Material and finish decide how a part handles load, heat and weather. Tell us the application, and we will suggest a grade that fits your build and budget.
